Contract for the Supply of Goods

No contract for the supply of goods will be deemed to exist between you and MerryWings.com unless, and until, an email is sent by MerryWings.com to you confirming that your order has been shipped. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by MerryWings.com of your offer to buy goods from MerryWings.com and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail.
MerryWings.com are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods, any description applied to the goods, the availability of the goods or the order itself.

We aim to ship all items within 3 working days of receiving your Payment
* You order may be delayed if the item is not in stock with our suppliers.
* Some items may be unavailable.
* We regret we are not able to supply dates our suppliers may get an item in stock.
* We will keep you updated by e-mail as to the status of your order (unless you ask us not to).
* Credit cards are debited before items are shipped by MerryWings.com.
* Our standard Returns Policy applies to all purchases from MerryWings.com.

The user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability in connection therewith, this will include all items sold or distributed by MerryWings.com Inc..
User is required to read all instruction manuals and follow the manufacturers guidelines. MerryWings.com Model cannot accept responsibility for injury and/or crash damage or loss of kits, or accessories, parts and materials that occurs during the use of any radio-controlled model. Limits of Responsibility
We accept NO responsibility for crash damage. It is impossible to determine for certain whether crash damage was the result of a radio system failure or pilot error. We accept no responsibility for crash damage occurring during the use of a radio-controlled model. We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products.
Price changes
All prices, pictures and descriptions all our products are subject to change without notice. MerryWings.com model maintains no responsibility for errors.
Backorders
We backorder out-of-stock merchandise whenever possible unless you specify that you do not want an item backordered. The shipping cost is charged only once per order. You may cancel your back order at any time.
