Shipping

The package or shipment must not have been tendered for transportation during the period from three (3) calendar days before the Chinese New Year Holiday, Labor Holiday and National Holiday to the first working day after such holidays.

EMS: 5 - 7 days transmit time, depending on the area you live in anywhere in the world.

Please allow 2-3 days to process your order, and 3-5 days for the Postal System to get it to you. If you have not received your purchase within three weeks of payment, please let us know so we can find out where the problem is.

Combining

You have the ability to combine as many purchases as you like during our 3 day combining period. Free shipping, when you purchased over US$1,000 in one package and total weight is not over 2,500g.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Returns are accepted for legitimate reasons within 7 days of delivery. Returns must be approved via email and specific return instructions will be provided.

  • You must email us or call us with your intent to return an item. We will REFUSE packages sent back to us without prior notification.
  • We can not refund shipping or insurance fees.
